The justice and treatment partnership called problem solving, therapeutic, treatment or specialized courts adopt a multidisciplinary strategy to combat the social, economic, medical, and psychological determinants of crime. The ultimate objective is the holistic rehabilitation of the individual and strengthening of the community.
