The justice and treatment partnership called problem solving, therapeutic, treatment or specialized courts adopt a multidisciplinary strategy to combat the social, economic, medical, and psychological determinants of crime. The ultimate objective is the holistic rehabilitation of the individual and strengthening of the community. Panelists will discuss the rationale, practices, and out comes of these special courts in the Caribbean.
