About this event
You need everyone at the table to support long-term change. It takes a village to raise children…it also takes a village to change criminal behaviour. It takes transparency, respect, and communication to ensure a multi-disciplinary team can flow. Relying on an understanding of each other’s roles, specialties, and knowledge allows for the wrap-around support to be effective. We have the knowledge and understanding, we need to know how to change criminal – applying this within drug treatment court, just fits. Greater adherence to the RNR principles increases the chance for long-term change. The More people who understand the level risk/population we should be serving, the larger the impact we will have.
